2021: Development of the fleet of copying and printing equipment
The company X-Com St. Petersburg has completed a project for the development of a fleet of copying echatny equipment (St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Construction SPbGASU). this was reported on June 4, 2021 in X-Com. As a result, the speed of processing paper documents is increased.
The X-Com project team surveyed the customer's key workflows and examined the structure and scope of its internal and external workflow. An examination of the state of existing printers and MFIs was also carried out. Based on the data obtained, obsolete and worn-out devices to be replaced were identified, the need for additional equipment was determined and the technical and functional requirements for it were formulated.
Additional Kyocera M2040dn MFIs are integrated into the University's IT infrastructure as the most fully meeting the requirements of its business processes. These devices have proven themselves well in many X-Com projects implemented for educational institutions, have an optimal ratio of the cost of operation and service for them. The automatic document feeder and large amount of RAM provide high speed scanning and printing, and the function of printing on envelopes will save employees of the institution from routine operations. The built-in liquid crystal display makes the control of the device simple and understandable.
The project was executed in strict accordance with the contractual terms in terms of volumes and terms and received a positive assessment from the customer. The certification of X-Com as Kyocera's official service center in Russia and the constantly maintained warehouse of original spare parts allows the company to provide operational repair and maintenance of all printer lines, copy machines and MFIs of the manufacturer, even in cases requiring the replacement of individual units and units.
