FTO On June 8, 2021, company specialists announced the implementation of a project for the introduction: 1CERP at the enterprises of a greenhouse holding, GROWTH GROUP OF COMPANIES one of the players in the protected soil vegetable market. Russia

In GC "GROWTH" used 1C: UPP, changed by 30% from the box version of the application. After 1C announced the termination of support for this solution, the cost of owning the system and its support could increase significantly. In addition, the company needed to ensure the availability of updates related to changes in the law. IT managers of GC "GROWTH" were forced to initiate the implementation of another system.

The goal of the FTO was to improve the management accounting and budgeting system, the need to consolidate accounting in a single information loop, minimizing the use of other software systems.

Among the tasks set by the customer were the following:

  • Transfer business processes to 1C: ERP for accounting and reporting.
  • Translate the business processes of interaction between the central office and branches into electronic format.
  • Ensure complete and accurate management reporting. Avoid double entry and duplication of information.

You have chosen the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 configuration as your accounting and reporting solution. The solution made it possible to fulfill the tasks of ensuring accurate accounting in the warehouse, increasing the speed of assembly and shipment of orders, converting the business processes of the central office and branches into electronic format, removing the restrictions on the company's growth in the near future.

During the project were:

  • Units that were not previously automated in the SCP were automated (maintained in Excel tables or manually outside the system).
  • The process of shipping in the network and EDR with them is ensured.
  • Serial accounting of products made it possible to automate the series and made it possible to track products from the bed to the customer.
  • Work places are organized for laboratory chemists (recipe, analysis), logists, accountants.
  • The most important NSIs (nomenclature, contracts) are optimized.

As a result of the implementation, the client received a modern platform for business development. Now the system supports legislative updates, it takes into account the peculiarities of the customer's business and ensures user convenience, concluded in the FTO.
