2021: Pilot version of Costx service for sweeps
The Russian developer of services for managing object and resource-technological information models BIMLIB on June 10, 2021 announced the release of a pilot version of the COSTX service for sweepstakes. According to the developers, it will help automatically form books of market analysis. The service is available from mid-June.
The main task of COSTX is to automatically select price lists to justify prices in the estimates. At the same time, it is enough for the estimator to load the estimate with the necessary materials, and the service will pick up cost options from different suppliers in a couple of minutes, taking into account the region and other conditions.
COSTX will take over all routine processes: analyze the market for suppliers and positions from more than 30 million offers, using a trained neural network will offer the most relevant options and form a CAC (book of market analysis). The service database is updated weekly based on information from more than 460 suppliers, which helps users get up-to-date price options for suppliers' products.
The work of the COSTX service is built on artificial intelligence, which is constantly trained on the basis of the dictionary of the international organization Building Smart International. The bS dictionary contains all types of national standards, classification systems, industry standards, and even corporate or project agreements. This helps standardize the search for the correct set of classifications, entities, properties, and allowed values.
The pilot version of COSTX per workplace with monitoring of offers in one region will cost 9,500 rubles, and the price is reduced when more employees are connected, BIMLIB said.
