Vizard-S specialists automated the work of Murom CJSC, one of the Russian manufacturers of plywood and chipboard. This was announced on May 25, 2021 by 1C.

The "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" system, integrated with the company's industrial equipment, helped to strengthen the control over the execution of orders and the consumption of raw materials at each stage of the technological cycle. The accuracy of the actual cost calculation has improved. Operational production planning was organized, planning for repairs and preventive maintenance of equipment improved. Production downtime has been reduced, and equipment maintenance costs have been reduced by 11.6%. The management of procurement and warehouse is optimized, the time of approval of orders to suppliers is reduced from 4 to 1 day, the uninterrupted supply of production with raw materials and materials is ensured. As a result, the execution of orders in production accelerated 1.5 times. Output at the same capacities increased by 13%, production profitability increased by 7%.

Previously, the company used disparate information systems for management and accounting. Data exchange between Sales, Manufacturing, Warehouse and Supply was not automated. Spreadsheets were used for production planning and warehouse management. The movement of products between production shops was recorded manually. Requests for the supply of materials were made on paper, their approval took up to four days. Monitoring of repair and preventive inspections of production equipment was not established. All financial statements were formed in spreadsheets.

The company needed an information system that would allow combining the work of all departments, optimize procurement management, establish uninterrupted supply of timber production, improve production planning, ensure accurate accounting of raw materials and finished products in the warehouse, implement an equipment management and repair planning system, improve the accuracy of calculating production costs, and strengthen cost control at each stage of production. In addition, it was necessary to optimize the process of obtaining personnel documentation of employees, including payroll sheets, 2-personal income tax certificates, etc. An equally important task was to optimize budget management.

The project was completed in 1 year, the implemented system covered 90 jobs in the purchasing and sales departments, in the warehouse, in the production department, in accounting and administration.

A system has been implemented to manage the supply of wood and the procurement of materials. Orders to suppliers are created based on planned production quantities, then orders are automatically sent to the financial service for approval.

Operational production planning is organized. Based on the purchase requisition from sales in 1C: ERP, a production order is automatically created.

A 1C: ERP integrated mobile application for a data collection terminal (SDT) has been developed and implemented. The goods are accepted, shipped and transferred using barcodes, which increased the speed of warehouse transactions by 3 times.

Automated management of repairs and preventive inspections of industrial equipment. As a result, the number of unscheduled and emergency repairs was reduced by 21%. Cases of urgent orders of spare parts are reduced by 14%.

1C: ERP integrated with industrial equipment.

The budgeting system has been implemented.
