PeopleForce - HRM/HRIS system for personnel management, which combines various tools for the HR manager in one platform. The solution is designed to automate HR and recruiting processes: onboarding, hiring, time recording, performance management, employee engagement assessment and other tasks. The system also provides integration with performance tools: Google, Slack, Zoom and Teams. The functionality of the platform is divided into five modules, which provides flexibility to implement the HRM platform in the business, the developers say.

2021: Attraction $700 thousand

In September 2021, it became known about the investment of $700 thousand in PeopleForce. The company's investors included the Sturgeon Capital fund. The startup intends to spend the funds raised on the development of new functions, increase the team, expand to new markets and increase brand recognition.

PeopleForce have a local team of specialists, product and experience to be the leading HRM solution in the CIS and other border markets, says Sturgeon Capital head Kiyan Zandiyeh, commenting on investing in an HRM startup. - Today, there are a limited number of solutions that offer support in a regional language, and at the same time, more and more companies understand the importance of automating business processes. Therefore, PeopleForce has broad prospects for cooperation.

By September 2021, the company PeopleForce has representative offices in the UK and Estonia, but most of the employees work in Ukraine. In the profile on the social network LinkedIn it is reported that 24 people work in the PeopleForce, of which 18 are Ukrainians. PeopleForce clients include Rakuten, BMW, Ajax Systems, Parimatch, ARX, SeRanking, SkyUp and Reply.io.^[1]
