On June 16, 2021, CarPrice announced the opening of quick access to auctions for car dealers connected to the Data Mining platform CM.Expert. This will significantly speed up the sale of cars with mileage, the implementation of which on its own is difficult.

The cooperation of companies will free the parking lots of dealers from problematic cars, which are impossible, or very difficult to sell on their own. The client of the CM.Expert service, clicking on the "Sale in CarPrice" button, will receive a preliminary estimated price for the sale of the car at an online auction. If you select this option, a list of auctions already held for similar cars with detailed information for each of the sold cars is also available.

Data Mining platform CM.Expert allows car dealers to manage the used car warehouse. As of June 2021, more than a thousand Russian dealerships use the platform.

Potentially at auction, a car dealer will be able to sell any car whose data is entered into CM.Expert. However, the most interesting is the implementation of "complex" cars. An online auction of such machines takes place in real time and lasts two days; the buyer who made the highest bet wins.

For a number of reasons, in the parking lots of car dealers every month "hang" tens of thousands of "difficult" cars for sale. According to CarPrice estimates, the potential market volume of "complex" cars with mileage, the sale period of which exceeds 90 days, is 400 thousand cars annually. About 60% of this volume is cars purchased by dealers under the trade-in program, and the remaining 40% are cars put up for sale by resellers.
