F5 EAM is a tool for automating routine maintenance and asset management processes. It helps to increase the availability of equipment and reduce maintenance costs through optimized planning, as well as creates a single base of equipment and its history, helps to control personnel.

2021: Inclusion in the Register of Domestic Software

The intelligent system for managing the production assets of F5 EAM enterprises was included in the Unified Register of Domestic Programs from the Ministry of Digital Affairs of Russia. This was announced on June 17, 2021 by Factory5 (part of the Crl2GO group), the developer of this solution.

The decision was approved by the expert council on Russian software and recommended for implementation in industrial enterprises.

Using data the actual technical condition of the equipment, F5 EAM automatically creates a repair plan taking into account both the necessary scheduled work and additional work to eliminate the identified incidents. If there are restrictions on MTP, personnel, repair sites or process equipment, F5 EAM can balance the resource plan in order to reduce downtime at M & R and pending M & R.
