"Gandalf" automated the operation of the transport of Khleborodnoy point No. 1 of the Republic of Bashkortostan on the basis of "1C"

The Gandalf company reported on June 17, 2021 about automation of work of transportakhlebopriyemny Paragraph No. 1 of the Republic of Bashkortostan on base 1C.

Earlier, the enterprise kept records piecemeal in two solutions: the industry program "1C: Production Enterprise Management" (Elevator. Feed mill. Oil factory) and the automated process control system "Weight Flow," developed by Digital Control Technologies. Raw material receipt documents were created and completed manually.

Over time, partial integration of the 1C base with the Weight Stream system was required. To solve this problem, the organization invited the largest franchisee in the Southern Federal District of the company "1C" - the company "GENDALF."

Owner planned to solve the following tasks:

  • Record vehicle gaps in the database using RFID cards (other than tags or transponders);
  • set up a response from "1C" at the request of the "Weight Stream" system to allow transport to the elevator territory if there is a pass;
  • establish in the "1C" base processing of requests of the Weight Flow system "when weighing and reflecting the results;
  • automatically generate a list of links to photos of selected moments of the technological process when the transport passes through the territory;
  • Broadcast the passage of checkpoints by the transport at the dispatcher's workplace.

During the discussion, the implementation stages were outlined. The Contractor determined that when interacting with "Weight Flow," the customized industry program "1C: UPP" (Elevator. Feed mill. Creamery) will operate as an automation server.

To ensure and fix the process progress, the necessary objects were added to the "1C" base. The existing ones have been finalized. Work center processing has been created for user activities.

Integration met the expectations of the customer, the goals were achieved. Now, when vehicles enter, a pass is searched, and the result of identification of the machine is reflected at the visitor's workplace. The data filled by the sighting agent is transmitted to the program "Weight Flow": the result of cargo analysis, route and unloading/loading points. An electronic queue is entered.

When passing the transport along the process route, the control points are marked in the "1C" base. At certain points, links are recorded to photos of the passage of transport along the route. The "1C" database also displays data on weighing machines.

In general, we were able to retrospectively control the acceptance of raw materials directly from "1C" in separate stages for each machine. It's very convenient. Dependence on the human factor has decreased. And the time for the technological process was reduced, "says Sergey Tkachev, head of sales at Digital Control Technologies LLC, the general contractor that carried out the automation of the plant.
