Border service of Republic of Belarus (Case)

Project development on automation of bodies of the border service of Republic of Belarus began in November, 2009 with preparation of technical documentation, setup of reference books and deployment of a model sample of the automated electronic document management system (AEDMS). All planned works were completed until the end of the year. The project was performed by the Golden partner of EOS Group in Republic of Belarus – RUP "Center of Document Flow" of BGU.

At the beginning of 2010 the stage of implementation which priority was user training began. For acceleration of process without loss of quality of the provided services by the Center the decision on training by groups based on a media class of the Belarusian state university was made. Specialists of the enterprise developed a special technique. To each user roles according to which participants performed interconnected operations in the system of different levels were defined: from the head of large structural division to the contractor.

The purchased skills cover actions of officials during the work with documents at accomplishment of their functional duties. Users as soon as possible were trained to work in the Electronic DELO system. Essential result of user training is development of technology of work with different types of documents which will be fixed in process of trial operation.
