2020: Madyar Collection Restaurant Chain Mobile Application

Goals and objectives

  • increase the number of orders due to improved user interaction with the application;
  • Increase checkout conversion by reducing the number of steps before checkout
  • increase the number of orders due to the loyalty program (funded bonus system, promotional offers);
  • increase the number of repeated orders by one user due to the addition of interactivity in the form of a game during the design process;
  • Increase checkout conversion by adding contactless payment methods.

Realization

Before starting the redesign, Spider Group experts analyzed the application with the passage of all user behavior scenarios.

Restaurant page

The application contains complete information about each Madyar Collection restaurant: description and photos of the interior, opening hours, current menus, address map and travel patterns with a distance from the client to the institution. This information is sufficient to make an order and visit decision both emotionally and rationally.

Restaurant menu

The menu is presented with cards for each dish with an appetizing photo and important information. A detailed description appears when you click on a photo.

Item card for dishes

The product card has become more informative. It not only maximally available informs about the price, but also contains data on calorie content, the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. And if the dish has additional properties or options, they can be added in one click.

User Profile

Each registered user of the Madyar application creates a personal profile. It has contact details, order history, personal promotional codes, addresses and by bank maps which the client paid for orders.

Shopping cart and checkout

In the basket there was an opportunity to apply contactless payment, promo codes and bonuses.

In this project, the Spider Group team combined design, efficiency, and functionality. All the tasks set have been solved in full. Many features of your own application, coupled with its convenience at the level of the best analogues, reduce Madyar's dependence on aggregators. This is an application for those who appreciate the best service, the best taste and do not want anything extra.
