ITMO University on June 21, 2021 announced the launch of the Telegtam bot, where real students and graduates will tell applicants everything about studying at ITMO. Using their example, they will answer questions about how to harmoniously combine study with work and hobbies, show fragments from their student life, and also help future students quickly find answers to questions of interest about admission.

Chatbot "ITMO man" is not just a collection of "answers to frequently asked questions," but an immersion in the life of real students. With it, you can communicate with one of the four heroes and find out how classes are held, what extracurricular activities are at the university, as well as what laboratories, coworking and canteens look like.

Telegram bot characters are real people. Klima Gavrilov is a student of the Faculty of Software Engineering and Computer Engineering, studying industrial design. Landysh Fathutdinova - graduate student of the Faculty of Physics, is engaged in the synthesis of calcium carbonate particles for targeted drug delivery and is building a career in science. Maria Vanjurak studies at the Faculty of Biotechnology, and also runs the ITMO club. Panchline, organizes university events, removes tick-currents and reveals her talents in stage art. Finally, Alexander Shorokhov finishes his studies at the Faculty of Technological Management and Innovation in the direction of training "Innovatika," interns at the company "Coca-Cola AichbSi" and is actively engaged in music at the "Rock Club" ITMO.

Chat bot "ITMO man" was created as part of the reception campaign-2021, which takes place under the slogan "Choose ITMO - and do not choose at all." The time when the student's choice automatically excluded the possibility of development in other areas has already passed. Students do not have to choose between science and art, study and work, their city and world, but you can do everything you like at once.

The classic story about the "choice of life path" is no longer relevant: the younger generation is actively transforming and striving to develop all its talents at the same time.
