"I Will" is an HR process automation service launched in 2020. This platform allows you to learn more about career opportunities, respond to vacancies and create resumes in a visual editor. Employers can use the Buda service to hire employees in intellectual areas. According to the developers, their product improves the processes of studying career opportunities through the pages of companies and makes the search for work understandable and transparent, offers applicants an advanced job editor, and employers a media platform for promoting the brand. The platform is free for applicants. The main monetization of the service consists in the sale of pages of employer companies, their cost varies from 150 to 490 thousand rubles (by June 2021).

History

2021: Raising $1 million from Setters

June 23, 2021 it became known about attracting $1 million in investments by Buda startup. A communications agency has invested in HR-, Setters which will transfer these funds within a year. The founders of the Setters agency Yevgeny Davydov, Alexandra Zharkova, Alina Chichina and Igor Minkevich participated in the first investment round of Buda.

The Buda team intends to use the attracted investments for marketing campaigns and promotion of the Buda platform, as well as the Hour service, which was developed by the company.

The automation service of HR processes "Buda" raised $1 million

By June 2021, the cost of the Buda startup is estimated at $4 million. The audience of the service is more than 120 thousand applicants and 1.2 thousand companies. Among them are McKinsey, PepsiCo, Yandex, Tinkoff and Sber.
