Education

Elena Levina graduated from the Arkhangelsk State Medical Academy with a degree in Pediatrics and the Northern State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation with a degree in Organization Management.

Career

2012-2015

In the period from 2012 to 2014, she held the position of chief consultant to the department of organization of medical care for the population of the Department of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the NAO. In 2015, she took the post of head of the department, deputy head of the Health Department of the Department of Health, Labor and Social Protection of the NAO Population.

In 2016-2017, she was encouraged by letters of thanks from the governor of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug for conscientious work and personal contribution to the development of the NAO health system.

2020: Appointment of Deputy Head of the Department of Health, Labor and Social Protection of the NAO

In December 2020, Elena Levina took the post of deputy head of the Department of Health, Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the NAO for Health.

2021: Appointment of Head of the Department of Health, Labor and Social Protection of the NAO

On June 25, 2021, Elena Levina was officially appointed the new head of the Department of Health, Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug (NAO). The corresponding order was signed by the governor of the region, Yuri Bezdudny.

It is noted that by the end of June 2021, Levina's total work experience in the health system is about 29 years, in the territory of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug it exceeds 8 years. During this time, she oversees the implementation of national and regional projects in the territory of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, under her leadership, work has been established to provide medicines to certain categories of citizens.

As head of the department, Elena Levina will continue to implement health care development programs in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, state social policy to improve the situation of families, women, children, senior citizens, people with disabilities, as well as the implementation of state labor protection policy, the press service of the NAO administration reports.[1]
