2021: Agreement for the Development of Digital Solutions
On June 25, 2021, it became known that the Head of the city of Nizhny Novgorod, Yuri Shalabaev, and the general director of the technology company Maxima Telecom, Boris Volpe, signed a cooperation agreement to improve the quality of life and develop the ecosystem of digital municipal services.
The agreement provides for the joint development of digital services for the urban economy of Nizhny Novgorod. It is planned that the Administration of Nizhny Novgorod and Maxima Telecom will introduce solutions for managing urban processes aimed at improving the quality of municipal services and the comfort of residents.
One of the key projects in the framework of cooperation will be the introduction of a digital platform for objective control of the volume and management of snow export to snowmelt municipal stations. With its help, the city administration plans to develop the city control system for snow disposal in the autumn-winter period.
We have signed an agreement with Maxima Telecom to implement various digital management projects. We have a specific project that we are ready to jointly implement. It concerns ensuring control over the volume of snow removal and its disposal at the snow melting station. As the experience of using such a complex in other cities has shown, the savings from its implementation will be about 15-20% of the budget allocated for snow removal.
