2021: Implementation of "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0"

On June 28, 2021, Practicon announced the completion of the project to introduce the ERP system for gas stations based on 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 in the networks of gas stations Kuzbass Business Union and Gorno-Altaysk Nefteprodukt (large affiliated networks of stations operating under the brands LUKOIL in the Republic of Kemerovo and OPTI.

The implementation of the software complex took about 5 months, which can be described as a very short time frame for a system of this level, especially given that the project was undergoing restrictions related to the coronavirus pandemic.

As part of the project, the accounting systems of the enterprises of the group of companies were combined into a single complex, the commodity nomenclature was systematized and structured, assortment matrices were formed within the framework of the allocated gas station formats, assortment management processes were debugged, and the generation of orders for the supply of related goods at gas stations was automated based on sales statistics.

During the implementation of the system, the generation of operating costs during the sale of fuel and related goods at gas stations of the network was set up, while information on the cost of goods and profitability of sales is available in reports in the sections of gas stations and various characteristics of the item (types, groups, commodity categories, etc.).

To improve the efficiency of working with corporate customers, the work on managing counterparties, contracts and working conditions on corporate fuel cards was optimized and significantly simplified.

Automation of marketing activities entry, the possibility of carrying out an inventory at gas stations online and setting up internal document flow with the coordination of various documents made it possible to significantly increase the productivity of ordinary employees, and the transfer of all enterprise management processes to a single information space provided the management of the gas station network with much faster and more accurate information for decision making.

It is also important to note that at gas stations operating under the OPTI brand, the ERP system for gas stations was fully integrated with the Mobile Map ACS already operating at these facilities. This in practice confirms the versatility of the ERP system for gas stations and its compatibility with most of the gas stations on the market.
