Helios (t. HIP)

One of the main tasks of the Safe City agro-industrial complex is to automate the work of EDDS dispatchers when responding to incidents, and to ensure interagency interaction of city services. The creation of the Safe City AIC allows you to perform all the work of the EDDS manager within one workplace, while all routine procedures are entered into the system and performed automatically, which significantly reduces the response time to the incident.

The activity of the EDDS manager is automated through the introduction of a set of automation tools "Unified Rapid Response Center" (ECOR). The ECRM allows you to combine many existing information systems into a single platform and organize a single information space with all municipal, regional and emergency services, due to their connection to the system.

The main functions of the ECOR are:

• Comprehensive monitoring: threat monitoring, intelligent video surveillance monitoring
• Receiving and processing of messages, interaction with operational, municipal services and departments
• Interaction with city services through personal offices of the web platform, closed channels of DDS 01-04
• Digital Alert Management, Alert Request
• Forecasting and simulation of incidents, calculation of consequences
• Develop a comprehensive response plan for all participants
