"First Bit" automated 300 jobs in "Fresh 25"

July 1, 2021 The first Bit announced the automation of 300 jobs in the company "Fresh 25."

The specialists of the First Bit analyzed the business processes of the customer and the functionality he developed on the basis of the software product "1C: Integrated Automation 2.4," made a transition to another system of the company "Fresh 25," the work of several departments responsible for operational and management accounting, treasury and production was automated. The project confirmed its effectiveness, showing noticeable results in a month.

To implement this project, Fresh 25 expanded its development department and conducted a business process analysis. Priority was given to the implementation and development of blocks requiring priority attention. The internal development department of Fresh 25 has introduced in the commercial department an industry unit for managing assortment matrices and centralized pricing. Further, it was necessary to implement the system at retail outlets and other related divisions. Due to the time limit, not all business processes were fully analyzed, however, it was important for the management company to implement the project in full, on time. To do this, it was decided to attract experienced specialists of the IT integrator "First Bit."

The specialists of the First Bit were required to study the modified software product, identify possible problems and transfer them back to the developer of Fresh 25. Then perform a test start of the system, after which start all stores in stages.

Specialists of three branches of the First Bit from, and Khabarovsk Tomsk Vladivostok accepted open tasks to take into account the remaining needs not previously taken into account. In test mode, analysts identified gross errors and passed this information IT department to the company. After several iterations, the implementers tested the system. This was necessary for the next IT integrations of the company and further test run of the system, detection of errors and bottlenecks with users.

• Commercial service
• in-house cooking unit

The main goal was achieved: the daily formation of a financial result in a detailed analytics for making correct and operational management decisions for the growth and development of the company.
