2021: Service launch in Russia, raising $500 thousand

At the end of June 2021, the TypiPay service announced its launch in Russia, and also announced the attraction of $500 thousand in investments. According to the results of the financial transaction, the startup was valued at $5 million, which is twice as much as a year earlier. The investor was Kazakh business angel Erlan Issekeshev.

To work in the Russian market, the company TypiPay entered into a partnership agreement with the Moscow Industrial Bank and the open banking platform APIBank, with the help of which payment cards are issued.

In 2020, the TypiPay service attracted investments of $250 thousand with an estimate of $2.5 million.
