FC Spartak automated accounting on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform

The football club "Spartak Moscow" completed the project of automation based on the product "1C: Accounting 8". As integrator 1C Company is attracted : Accounting and Trade (AT). Accounting of the VAT according to features of the organization is implemented that considerably reduced time for providing the reporting and operations on distribution of the VAT.

The implementation project of a new solution was initiated in connection with desire of the management to simplify the analysis of a financial situation in the enterprise and to automate distribution of the VAT according to features of accounting of the organization. Besides, this solution is connected with plans of further development of a system and transfer of all information bases of football club for the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform (product introduction of 1C: Trade Management 8 began now).

Within the project data transfer in a new system is executed, sections of accounting of settlement with partners, fixed asset accounting, intangible assets, construction objects, settlings with partners, obtaining the financial and regulated reporting and others are automated. New account policy and the uniform code of cost items is entered that became base for the planned budgeting system implementation.

Automation of accounting of the VAT became an important project deliverable: as a result of system implementation time spent for calculation of proportions and wiring for distribution of the VAT was reduced several times. Accounting of football club keeps account on sales of goods and services, free from VAT (for example, tickets for matches), subject to VAT (revenue of the retail stores trading in club symbolics and sportswear) and also accounting of indirect costs (for example, purchase of a lawn for stadium). Therefore the "entering" VAT, according to point 4 of Article 170 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, is distributed in a certain proportion. The developed mechanism of distribution of the "entering" VAT automates accounting of the VAT on transactions of acquisition of fixed assets, materials, goods, reflections of indirect costs, deferred expenses, expenses on bank service.

According to the chief accountant of "football club "Spartak Moscow"" Elena Viktorovna Andreyeva, as a result of system implementation reliability of accounting increased, reporting several times accelerated. Automation of the main sections of accounting, including difficult accounting of the VAT, allows to prepare the regulated reporting for regulatory authorities.
