St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2021) Autonomous Chat bot on the basis of the platform AutoFAQ independently processed several thousand calls and showed proper fault tolerance.

According to the company, the Roscongress Foundation, the organizer of the event, within the framework of SPIEF-2021 set the task of launching an autonomous support system. AutoFAQ provides a service for robotizing customer and employee support in digital channels using artificial intelligence. The platform is designed for communication in text channels - chat rooms and chat bots, which are integrated with various internal systems. AutoFAQ allows you to start the system, literally within two days, with the subsequent optimization of settings. AutoFAQ also supports automatic additional knowledge base training.

13,000 people from 140 countries took part in SPIEF-2021. The service has shown proper fault tolerance. The bot withstood the load, independently closing more than 5,000 thousand dialogues, and never "lay down." The rating button showed an average score for 4 out of 5 cases.
