History
2021: Raising $340 thousand
In July 2021, it became known about attracting $340 thousand in investments by the Focus Calendar project. Several Russian-speaking business angels invested in the startup as part of the preliminary round. The founder of the project, Ivan Zamesin, wrote about this on his Facebook page; earlier in 2021, he sold to the Eruditor group (including Профи.ру, Zoom recommendations and Hands home repair services) his Meta psychotherapists service for 8 million rubles.
At the same time, he did not specify when the company attracted investments and how much it was valued by investors.
In addition to Zamesin, the founder of Focus Calendar is Vitaly Koschenko, who worked in PandaDoc, Mail.ru and WarGaming.
By July 9, 2021, the service is in the closed testing phase, but the subscription cost is already known - $30 per month. The project website reports that Focus Calendar in the current version is significantly limited in terms of functionality compared to Apple Calendar and Google Calendar. So, support for time zones, recurring events and invitations has now been limited. The service is available from this link.
The creators of the project expect that by July 2022, 200 English-speaking customers will use the Focus Calendar service every day.[1]
