The aim of the implementation of RPM products at the Mushroom field is to optimize costs, transparency of production management, accurate and effective development planning, based on the analysis of final economic parameters throughout the life cycle of the field (until 2027).

The pilot implemented solution - OPDS (Open Pit Diamond Solution, a solution for quarrying diamonds, based on the XPAC platform) - allows you to build a detailed, visually understandable geological model of the quarry and simulate the outline of the quarry, the development schedule of blocks, the location and length of roads, and the use plan of equipment based on the specified goals and production restrictions. 3D model gives clear and complete information about stocks, equipment requirements, routes; includes all logistics of materials movement - from loading in the quarry to dumps/warehouses and an enrichment plant.

At the same time, the OPDS solution used for mining planning is supplemented by the XERAS (Zeras) platform, which allows you to calculate the financial plan of the field and factory up to the finished product based on the obtained natural indicators (physical plan of mining).
