Project Tasks:
- Implementation of WMS system from AXELOT,
- Delivery of specialized equipment (collection terminals of data different models and label printers)
- Automation of related processes affecting warehouse processing of goods.
What is done:
- Automated typical warehouse processes
- Automated pre-sales preparation operations - labeling of goods with price tags and application of magnetic anti-theft marks.
Solution specifics:
- Added the possibility of displaying a photo of the goods in the stationary workplace of acceptance, in the mode of goods selection and on paper work sheets
- Implemented a number of modifications to build an ergonomic process of pre-sales preparation and movement of goods between different sections and floors of the shopping center.
Project Results:
- Reduced to almost zero the number of errors committed by storekeepers during the selection of goods in the main warehouse
