Navicon helped Erismann upgrade ERP system and warehouse process management

2021: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation

System integrator and developer Navicon July 14, 2021 announced the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system in Erismann. IT automated manufacturing, procurement, sales, and finance, and optimized management and accounting. Also, Tasklet Mobile WMS was introduced in Erismann: the system allows you to manage the movement of goods along the production-warehouse-final consumer chain. The project is implemented remotely.

Erismann specializes in wallpaper production. In Russia, the company has been operating for almost 20 years and during this time has built a developed branch network - offices are open in six cities. Erismann pays great attention to the introduction of innovative technologies related both to the production of products and to the management of business processes. For a long time, the Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution was used as an ERP system, and the company's management decided to switch to its updated version.

Employees of Erismann Tasklet Mobile WMS help manage the movement of goods along the production-warehouse-final consumer chain. Tasklet Mobile WMS operates on mobile data collection terminals (MSUs) and is integrated with the implemented ERP system. The Soti Mobicontrol solution helps centrally administer these TSDs.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV as an account system has been used by the company since its inception in Russia. In 18 years, this is the second update of the solution: Navicon helped us painlessly switch to an updated version of the ERP system. All work was carried out on time, and the difficulties encountered in the process were resolved as quickly as possible. As of July 2021, the accounting system provides complete control of all critical business processes related to the purchase of raw materials, product output and warehouse storage. The optimization of several more processes lies ahead, and we think that cooperation with Navicon will successfully solve this problem, "comments Denis Tokmakov, head of the information technology group of Erismann LLC.

In addition to updating the ERP system and implementing the Tasklet system, our team faced other tasks caused by the peculiarities of the customer's business. Together with Erismann specialists, we optimized management accounting and partially accounting.
