Warehouses of the production support base in Nefteyugansk are characterized by a variety of warehouses of various configurations and a wide range of nomenclature groups. The warehouses store spare parts and components, tools and chemical reagents, personal protective equipment and workwear, specialized equipment. Most item groups require different storage and handling conditions.

• Collection and analysis of information on peculiarities of goods, intensity and volume of goods flow, size and characteristics of warehouses

• Solutions for planning, equipping and modernization of all warehouses are presented

Project Outcome: Analytical report containing recommendations in the following areas:

• Room layout
• Calculation of parameters of lifting and transportation equipment and rack structures
• List of equipment required for WMS implementation
• Recommendations for modernization of storage infrastructure for compliance with government regulations
• Methodological documents on organization of warehouse business processes
