• Logistics audit of warehouse conducted
• A list of recommendations (warehouse process design) has been prepared:
  • to change the structure and topology of the warehouse
  • to organize a more logical and ergonomic arrangement of goods
  • zoning organization

• Development of a clear staff schedule and allocation of areas of responsibility
  • for selection of warehouse equipment

Project Results:

• Recommendations considered, warehouse upgrade continued with implementation of WMS from AXELOT
