2021: Implementation of the "Atlas" electronic archive
The operator of the online service "SberZdrovye" uses the electronic archive "Atlas" in its work. Atlas Soft announced this on July 16, 2021.
The SberHealth service provides online consultations and other medical services, as well as recording for an appointment with a doctor online.
The implementation of the archive was to solve the following problems:
- streamline and simplify the storage of primary documentation;
- provide easy and prompt access to administrative and licensing agreements with clinics, additional agreements and acts;
- Reduce the time required to search for documents, prepare statements and copies
- Reduce office costs
- Ensure that documents are stored securely in the archive.
DokDoc LLC specialists studied several alternatives and settled on Atlas-Soft software.
In favor of such a choice played:

During the installation and configuration of the archive, Atlas-Soft specialists together with the specialists of the SberZdrovye service:
- developed and created a structure for storing documents;
- connected users to the system;
- created about 10 directories;
- formed user groups and assigned access rights to sectors of the system;
- Set up a card template for 5 document types
- set up the process of autonumeration, auto-naming and auto-placement of documents when they are registered for 5 types of documents;
- Set up 5 document templates
- set up reports.
The introduction of the Atlas Electronic Archive radically simplified the work of company employees with documents and automated their transfer to the archive for storage. The time released from the routine was sent by employees to work with clients, which immediately affected their satisfaction.
The existing archive was quickly integrated into the embedded system. This applies to both electronic and paper documents. The rejection of paper cases also made it possible to free up a number of office space that had previously been occupied by cabinets with paper originals.
