The electrotechnical company "IEK" automates work with partners based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM

During the project it is going to automate all business processes of IEK company involved in a logical chain "purchase sale", beginning from collection of information about needs of final customers and finishing with formation of an assortment matrix and implementation of tender deliveries. The CRM solution proposed by AND Project will allow the company to consolidate the customer base in uniform storage, to reflect in the system of technology of customer interaction and suppliers, to increase employee performance of departments of sales and marketing, to collect information on requests of end consumers and activity of competitors.


The CRM solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM will allow IEK company to predict sales on the basis of different criteria and to accurately plan the actions and processes connected with product sales. In a new system permanent monitoring of the construction market will be made. This functionality will allow to collect the complete information about construction objects, of blueprint stage of the building until delivery. It will allow the company to have complete information volume about the preparing tenders, to timely create offers and to plan the delivery schedule.


The project will last 7 months. Feature of the solution developed for "IEK" is deep integration of CRM with the accounting system of 1C used in the company. Consolidation of two systems consolidates information on the product directory, shipments, purchases, clients and financial calculations in the single database. Such approach will allow department of marketing to perform segmentation of clients both on the basis of data from CRM, and by the criteria which are kept in the accounting system.
