Haulmont translated the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Komi into IEDC format 2.7.1

2021: Conversion of EDM to 2.7.1 format

On July 16, 2021, the Haulmont (Houlmont) team provided the Administration of the Head of the Komi Republic with the opportunity to transfer the MEDO to the 2.7.1 format.

Thus, the regional government timely complied with the order of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications and the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation dated December 4, 2020 No. 667/233, according to which it is required to transition to this format from June 1, 2021.

The format of IED 2.7.1 involves the transfer of electronically signed documents with the appropriate stamp in a special transport container. In addition, a certain set of requirements is imposed on the data structure. To support this format, the TEZIS ED team carried out a revision of the system itself and the integration gateway.

It is important to note that the state bodies of the Komi Republic are moving to this format gradually. The customer has the opportunity to send and receive documents in the format of MADO 2.7.1, but not all of its counterparties have it. Therefore, in addition to the implemented format, support for previous versions: 2.7, 2.5, 2.2 is retained in the THESIS SED.

In addition to the integration of SED THESIS with the MADO system, the project of introducing the system in the authorities of the Republic of Komi involved the automation of work with documents and instructions, integration with FIAS, processing of citizens' appeals, and preparation of reports. The scale of implementation is 190 state institutions.

Support for EDM in the format 2.7.1 was added to the THESIS SED and is available to government bodies at the start of the project, when implementing, you do not need to spend time modifying the system.
