2021: Implementation of 1C: ERP for meat processing plant
On July 20, 2021, the FTO company announced the introduction of 1C: ERP for the Elite Group meat processing plant.
FTO specialists in June 2021 began cooperation with the Elite Group of Companies. The company has two main areas: the production of meat products and the logistics complex, which provides services for the transportation of food. Among the main features is the presence of its own fleet, which includes more than 100 units of special equipment.
The launch of the meat processing plant into industrial operation is planned in the fall of 2021. In this regard, at the initial stage, it was decided to introduce 1C: ERP in standard functionality with a minimum amount of modifications. After establishing business processes, the second stage is planned to finalize the ERP system. This approach will reduce the cost of the project and increase the efficiency of production management.
As of July 2021, 3 consultants and 1 developer are involved in the project. Elite Group plans to transfer to the FTO the refinement and support of the solution being implemented, the integration of the logistics complex with the WMS system.
