2024: Rebranding

The consulting company "Culture of Innovation" on April 1, 2024 announced the rebranding. The company's updated name is Invisible Force.

As part of the rebranding, the company is changing its name, positioning, structure and expanding the range of services.

The rebranding reflects a change in the company's business and customer circle. Invisible Force already solves the problems of top management related to the transformation of people, processes and culture. The company's portfolio includes more than 100 transformational and corporate educational projects for clients from different industries.

Invisible Force consists of three business units:

  • (In) Force Consulting - consulting services, research and support for strategic business changes;
  • (In) Force Education - educational projects for the development of leaders and teams, including the flagship open programs "Narrative" and Employee Experience Designer;
  • (In) Force Digital - digital solutions for the diagnosis and development of teams and leaders.

Rebranding is always a unique challenge. It's a process of balancing innovation and respecting the history and values of the brand. The company is transforming and growing, and the design is adapting to these changes. We have become cramped within the identity of "Culture of Innovation," so now there are three different directions in Invisible Force, each of which allows us to be ourselves and manifest ourselves in different ways. Transparency in figures and humanity in gradients in consulting, a wide color palette to freely implement all our ideas - in the educational direction and technological metal figures along with emotional gradients for digital, - said Artem Voroshin, art director of Invisible Force.
