"Smart houses" from Sber and Ingrad Group of Companies will appear in Moscow

2021: Agreement on the joint implementation of the Smart House project

Sberbank and Sberbank-Telecom (SberMobile brand, part of the Sber ecosystem) signed an agreement with the Ingrad group of companies on the joint implementation of the Smart House project, aimed at creating innovative residential complexes with a single digital environment for managing the entire infrastructure. The agreement provides for the implementation of the concept of an innovative residential quarter in the FORIVER business premium LCD, located in the historical part of Moscow, through the introduction of a single centralized automated dispatch and control system for engineering systems, life support and safety processes in the residential quarter, the creation of a single digital space for residents, management company and service providers.

Sberbank-Telecom will act as a single designer and supplier of technology services and Smart City products on the basis of its own Internet of Things platform, combining the products and technologies of Sber ecosystem companies: SberCloud, SberDevices, Modern Technologies, CST groups and others.

"A comprehensive solution from the Sber ecosystem will create a single space for residents of a new smart residential complex based on advanced technologies of the Internet of Things, video analytics and biometrics, infrastructure management, services and security in the territory using artificial intelligence and virtual assistants.
