At the beginning of 2019, the House team faced the need to increase the efficiency and quality of working with customers, the number of which increased, and accordingly, the load on the CRM system increased several times.

To ensure the correct operation of the CRM application of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales used at that time, the House leadership in May 2019, it was decided to involve Innoware in the support and maintenance of the CRM system.

At the analysis stage, it became clear that the House team has a number of tasks related to the need to segment customers, automate and improve the organization and conduct of events, including e-mails. To solve them, Innoware specialists deployed the Dynamics 365 Marketing module, which shares a platform with Dynamics 365 Sales. As of July 2021, the Chamber's business development department can use unified data on customers and partners, have the opportunity to view and analyze all information about communications with them, jointly develop communication activities, analyze the effectiveness of actions, build personalized customer paths, and, as a result, receive even more customers and partners.

Innoware has achieved the following results:

  • Stabilized Dynamics 365 CRM applications
  • The functionality of the system has been refined and improved, in particular: the process of working with new and existing customers and partners has been optimized;
  • Power BI reports are set up, with the help of which the leadership of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine was able to analyze productivity and profitability in real time;
  • The CRM system is integrated with the enterprise site.
