2020: Automation of consolidated management accounting

Completed works:

• Before the design express examination, diagnostics of the current control system, determination of information recording points;
• Set up and implement a typical management accounting model, set up sales centers, cost centers, profit centers;
• Set up the process of generating consolidated statements from sets of reports of departments, set up dimensions.
• Personnel training, support, consulting and technological support;

Results obtained:

• A distributed information environment has been created data , through which they fall into the general; database
• Developed and implemented a system of classifiers and a method of managerial accounting of costs and calculation of the cost of services provided in the system "ITAN: Management Balance";
• Operational Reporting Set Up: Profit and Loss Statement, Management Balance Sheet,
• Capital Change Report, Asset and Liability Liquidity Report, Accounting Center Performance Analysis, Internal Settlement Report;
