2021: Automation of Budgeting

Completed works:

• Survey and writing of TP for setting of budgeting model
• Set up planning and reporting according to the Customer model.
• Set up a list of management reporting, budgeting forms in the system "ETHAN: Management Balance"
• Commissioning of "Budgeting" functional units into industrial operation;

Results obtained:

• The configured budgeting model allows you to plan all the indicators of the enterprise in detail and conveniently: sales, purchases, warehouse, costs, mutual settlements.
• Operational preparation of the necessary financial reports was implemented: BDR, BDDS, Balance Sheet.
• Reports can be generated for a given period in total, with a cumulative total, as well as the possibility of deploying data monthly, according to the Central Federal District, articles, and item groups.
• The ability to complete comments in budgets for each month, which should be stored and, if necessary, hit the report form.
• Corporate training of personnel on skills and principles of working in the system;
• The system has been put into pilot and industrial operation;
