2021: Automation of management accounting and budgeting

During the implementation process, the following activities were carried out:

• Set up, refined and integrated into the existing "1C: Accounting" subsystem "ITAN: Management Balance" with a typical management accounting model;
• Reports set up:
  • Profit and loss statement in terms of items and central financial statements,
  • Cash Flow Report by Items and CFD,
  • Management balance in terms of CEC,
  • Analysis of transformation, revolutions,
  • Income and expenditure budget report,
  • Income and expenditure budget plan (in terms of the Central Federal District and Articles),
  • Income and expenditure budget actual plan

• Personnel training, support, consulting and technological support;

Results obtained:

• Correct accounting and reporting of income and expenses of the enterprise;
• Publication of an album of forms of management reporting, budgeting and cash management in the system "ETHAN: Management Balance";
• Commissioning of functional units "Budgeting" and "Management Accounting" into industrial operation;
