• Diagnostics. Contractor's analysis of the Customer's financial and economic activity management system.
• Business requirements definition and solution design.
• Development of management accounting methodology. Accounting policy, standard transactions, reporting.
• Recommendations on organization of Customer's enterprise accounting.

Results obtained:

• Pre-design survey report.
• Solution design.
• A system of classifiers and a method of management accounting of costs and calculation of the cost of services provided has been developed.
