Within realization of an action, institutions of zdravookhraneniyamoskovsky area are retrofitted. A feature of the project was the execution of contracts in the portal of a single automated procurement management system (PIK EASUZ). More than 600 documents were downloaded (at the end of the year, the PIC system was heavily overloaded, and the download of one document sometimes reached 1 copy per hour).

Customer Issues to Solve

The need to retrofit the system, IP telephony which is designed to provide users Governments of the Moscow region medical and organizations state of the system health care Moscow of the region with modern means of voice communications.

Tasks

Supply the terminal (terminal) user equipment of the IP telephony system and the software required for its operation (software function activation keys).

Decisions

The project delivered:

• 6,557 Avaya IP Phones
• 71 Avaya Extension Consoles
• 98 Avaya Power Supplies
• 6,557 Software (Software Feature Activation Keys)

Also, a number of works were carried out:

• A communication matrix has been developed with all contact persons from 203 medical institutions;
• A plan for the supply of computer, network, telecommunications and telephone equipment has been agreed and signed;
• The necessary measures have been implemented to ensure the protection of information in operated information systems, in the field of health care.
