2021: Ring of Xerox sites in Russia and CIS countries

Task

Provide technical support for the site and online store.

Execution

The site architecture has been redesigned and new sections have been added that talk about Xerox projects:

• BDHub - platforms for communication of polygraphists,
• outsourcing service pages,
• Make Now Work - a section on integrated software: document management, video communication and cloud storage.

This helped simplify the custom script. Previously, to find information about outsourcing or specific software, you had to search for the product through filters in the catalog, and then - the desired section inside the product card. Now this information is on separate pages, where it is easy to get from the main menu.

The map of clicks was analyzed and areas where users are most often delayed were identified. Thanks to this, it was possible to supply the material in the correct sequence and generally facilitate the interface.

Optimized operation with large ones. files The site is protected (after the precedent co spam-)attack with the help of regular means "" and Bitrix the introduction of v3 reCAPTCHA.

In addition to the main site, seven copies of it were implemented for different domain zones of the CIS and Ukraine.

Result

• The site architecture has been refined and the user scenario has been improved.
• Full multi-site support is provided.
• New solutions have been implemented to provide users with large files.
• A comprehensive IT security audit of the resource has been performed.
