Department of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation across the Republic of Tatarstan passes to paperless document flow

In Department of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation across the Republic of Tatarstan the first stage of the project on system implementation of electronic document management BOSS-Referent on the Lotus IBM platform is completed. As integrator the Interfeys company (Kazan) is attracted.

The decision on system implementation of electronic document flow was made in 2009. The project is implemented for the purpose of transition to paperless, legally significant document flow between all 44 Managements and Department.

According to Albert Sungatullin, the CEO of Interfeys company, the choice in advantage the BOSS-reviewer was in many respects caused by the platform of a system. Lotus is the indisputable leader, so far as concerns creation of solutions for information management in the geographically distributed organizations, besides Lotus is the corporate standard of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

At the first stage of the project registration of all types of the entering and outgoing documentation, appointment of contractors and collaborators is automated; preparation and approval of internal organizational and administrative documentation and outgoing letters; processing of the statements and citizens' appeals including received via the Internet and also control of execution of the decisions made on them. 270 jobs are automated. In a system all staff of Department of RPF on RT and also all heads works, up to the Managing director.

The top officials of the company work in the "Mobile Office of the Head in EDMS" system, developed by the company integrator. Use of this application was one of key factors of successful and effective work of the management of Office of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in EDMS.

Besides, system implementation of management of public procurements of "Int-Zakupki" developed by Interfeys company on the Lotus IBM platform is implemented.

Using a system problems of control of terms of holding procedures of purchases on compliance of Federal Law No. 94, formation of report forms on all Managements for higher bodies, control of performance of government contracts are solved. Due to use of the uniform server on all Managements and web access costs for implementation and operation of a system were minimized. Integration of workflow systems and purchase management is planned for 2010.
