2021: Presentation of Argus RS service

On July 30, 2021, STC Argus announced that the ARGUS RS service helps business and budget organizations submit reports to Roskomnadzor.

Business and budget organizations were able to submit XML reports on the Orders of Roskomnadzor from 31.07.2019 N221-223 and the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from 11.10.2019 N1311 in a convenient and understandable format. Reporting is submitted iteratively through the service interface ARGUS Report Service (RS).

Almost two years have passed since the release of the Orders of the regulator. But until now, operators - communications Internet business and to providers budget organizations have to understand complex XSD schemes with many attributes and spend a lot of time presenting reports. Otherwise, they will be required to pay thousands of fines for non-compliance with the requirements of the Legislation, RUSSIAN FEDERATION namely N19-FZ from 24.02.2021.

To facilitate and accelerate interaction with Roskomnadzor, the ARGUS scientific center developed the ARGUS RS service with the help of which it is possible to generate and automatically send a report to the regulator in XML format. Thanks to the functionality of ARGUS RS, data from different sources (files, IT systems, data storefronts) are automatically aggregated. The report is formed in the usual Excel format for the user and is validated in accordance with the requirements of the Orders of Roskomnadzor. Then it is automatically sent from the service interface to the regulator.

Using ARGUS RS will save time to manually fill out complex report forms, submit reporting iteratively and accurately in time to avoid fines. Moreover, the guaranteed update of XSD-schemes for generating reports will allow the applicant to be sure of the accuracy of fulfilling the latest requirements of Roskomnadzor.
