Automated selfpublishing platform

Rideró publishing service, a pioneer of the samizdat market in Russia, was officially launched in January 2014. This is an automated selfpublishing platform that allows authors to turn text into a professionally drilled electronic and paper book and put up for sale in online stores (Litres, Amazon, Google Play, Ozon, Aliexpress, Bookmate, Wildberries, etc.). The author himself chooses which store to put the book in, assigns the desired amount of royalties, and the system calculates how much the book will cost, taking into account the margins of all distributors. All publishing rights are retained by the author, and the book is assigned a unique international ISBN. The layout and basic design of books are free, the service earns a commission on sales and additional services for authors, takes on relations with printing houses and stores, acts as a tax agent for authors and pays personal income tax. In addition to the opportunity to sell their books in the largest online stores, authors can put them offline in the book chains "Read City," "Bukvoed," "Biblio-Globe" and the store "Moscow" on Tverskaya.

The Rideró service is based on an automatic layout program that works with Cyrillic and Latin languages, is able to recognize text and analyze semantics. After moderation - checking for compliance with legal requirements - the eBook is automatically published in API partner stores. The print-on-demand service allows the reader to order a paper version even in one copy, and the author does not invest in the circulation.

2020

In 2020, 517,800 copies of books were sold in the Rideró bookstore and partner stores. The total amount of royalties of all Ridero authors for 2020 year amounted to 23.3 million rubles, the maximum amount of royalties of one author for all the time in the service reached 3.2 million rubles.
