In "Construction management No. 1" the implementation project of an end-to-end information system based on the solution "is completed by 1C: Management of the construction organization". A system allows to improve planning process of projects, more reasonably to make management decisions and to effectively exercise budget control. The project is executed by specialists of The Concept Grew company.

Search of the solution for complex business process automation of the company is caused by active business development, implementation of difficult projects, growth of information volume. The organization needed to keep accounting, tax and managerial account in a common information space, to increase efficiency of planning and management of construction projects, to automate a budgeting system and to implement the plan-fact analysis, to manage relationship with partners and subcontractors.

Within the project the following subsystems are implemented: Financial accounting, Tax accounting, Management of the construction organization, Budgeting, Order management, Implementations and Implementation of Settlement.

On each block setup of basic functionality was made. In a system 10 users work. Further development of the implemented system with complication of functionality and also gradual increase in number of users and scaling of the solution on construction objects of the company of the Customer is planned.

In a project deliverable costs for management of difficult construction projects due to complexity and functional fullness of the software solution are reduced. The efficiency of acceptance of management decisions due to obtaining complete and timely information increased, the quality of accomplishment of construction projects in general due to planning optimization is improved. Besides, in a project deliverable there was an opportunity to manage cost of production at the expense of system implementation of budgeting, the plan-fact analysis and control.
