X-Com modernizes the printed infrastructure of the oncologic dispensary of Chuvashia

2021: Modernization of the fleet of copying and printing equipment

On August 5, 2021, X-Com announced that it had completed a project to modernize the fleet of copying and printing equipment of the Autonomous Institution "Republican Clinical Oncological Dispensary" of the Ministry of Health of the Chuvash Republic (RKOD). The institution's IT infrastructure has implemented 30 MFIs that meet the requirements of its business processes.

The customer's IT infrastructure and workflow survey identified bottlenecks in the organization of the company's paper workflow and developed a number of practical proposals to eliminate them. In particular, the customer was recommended to replace obsolete and inappropriate printing equipment with modern Kyocera M2040dn and M2235dn MFUs.

The selection of the project contractor was based on the analysis of commercial proposals of Russian suppliers of software and hardware solutions, peripheral equipment and services. Preference was given to X-Com, which offered the best conditions for the delivery of equipment and work.

The project was implemented in full compliance with the contract terms regarding the delivery time of the equipment and the scope of work performed. All equipment is integrated into the information system of the institution.
