The Roshen South company working at the market of confectionery of Odessa completed system implementation "1C: Trade Management for Ukraine 8". As the system integrator 1C Company is attracted : Accounting and Trade (AT).
The automated system integrated work of 22 users of sales department, purchasing department, a warehouse and company management. Automation of trade processes, inventory accounting, customer relationship management allowed to reduce delivery dates, to twice accelerate service of buyers and, as a result, to increase loyalty of customers. The company management notes the double growth of sales volume.
By the beginning of 2010 the solution which is earlier used in the company ceased to conform to requirements of the enterprise. Big time expenditure on input of primary information belonged to its shortcomings complexity in operation, excessive high cost in service and also.
The company management looked for optimal at the implementation cost and service the complete solution which would allow to automate trade processes of the enterprise, at the same time effectively to control settlement with buyers and suppliers, to create a CRM system, to improve customer service quality and to reduce delivery dates of products. It was necessary to create a single system for work of sales department, a warehouse, supply division and the management of the organization.
Within an implementation project of the selected system the following sections of accounting are automated: cash management, purchase management, sales management, inventory control, cost management.
During implementation the CRM system in which the complete information on partners and their employees, the history of interaction is stored is created. It allowed to collect and analyze regularly information on each client, real or potential. Sales managers could segment clients by the number of purchases and the got profit, to create more interesting individual offers, and the company management had an opportunity to establish the reasons of failure of orders, to analyze employee performance, results of marketing efforts. All this promoted increase in a customer loyalty and, as a result, sales growth.
Automation of an inventory control allowed to control the movement of goods on warehouses in Odessa, Belgorodnestrovsk. There was an opportunity to reserve goods for the client for which delivery is planned that allowed to reduce delivery of goods by 3 times. The lack of need to store large volumes of finished goods in a warehouse allowed to lower storage costs.
According to Svetlana Anatolyevna Terevnikova, the chief accountant of Roshen South company, a system allows to control work of key divisions of the company, to quickly receive the reporting on financial performance. As a result of implementation the company could control better work with clients and achieve increase in sales volume twice. Work of a warehouse became more effective, delivery dates were reduced.
