Expansion of a range of the rendered services, growth of number of clients, opening of branches in regions led to the fact that all were required for constantly developing company more modern means of planning, the analysis and management of own activity more sharply. At the end of 2008 the management of TRASKO initiated search of the supplier of the software solution intended for accounting, control and the analysis of the main business processes of forwarding company. The new information system had to provide automated management of work with partners, request processing on transportation of goods with a preliminary estimate of costs and costs and directly process of the organization of transportations, including multimodal (using different types of transport).

As in TRASKO there was already positive experience with the system of the programs "1C: Enterprise", in the new project was going to use software products on the same platform. As much as possible to requirements of TRASKO there corresponded the functionality of the solutions "1C: Trade Management" and "to 1C Logistics: Management of transportations". According to the results of consideration of offers from several system providers on the 1C: Enterprise platform by the contractor of the project selected AXELOT company, the solution designer "by 1C Logistics: Management of transportations".

Started creation of a single automated system of TPACKO and AXELOT in April, 2009. For the next 8 months of the project technical requirements to an information system were developed, the functionality of the configurations "1C: Trade Management" and "is integrated by 1C Logistics: Management of transportations", the completions of the integrated solution corresponding to features of business processes of the customer are executed, work instructions are prepared and user training is provided. In December, 2009 the information system in which about 70 employees at the same time can work was put into trial operation.

In a project deliverable at the disposal of TRASKO there was a convenient and meeting relevant requirements of the company tool for planning, the analysis and management of one of main types of the activity. Using a single system the automated request processing of clients on transportation of goods is executed, process management of the organization, control of accomplishment and efficiency analysis of freight forwarding is made, control of the flights performed by own and rented vehicles is exercised.

In a system all necessary normative data are considered: types and the directions of delivery, geographical zones within which transportation of goods, rates for transportation of goods in a binding to geographical zones, rates for the additional services rendered in transit, etc. is executed. Contractual conditions of customer interaction (a rate of transportation of goods, a condition and penalties, other), costs of the company are here too fixed and the performed works, cash flow is monitored, account of settlement with partners, etc. is kept. For state management of settlement with partners the mechanism of accounting of planned receipts and a funds expenditure by the relevant settlement documents, the analysis of the payment schedule and the actual cash flow is implemented. On different process steps of processing of a request of the client the possibility of formation of the corresponding documentation is provided: commercial offers, requests, accounts, invoices, acts, etc.

For each user group in a system the interface of a workplace in which the relevant documents are displayed is configured, there is an opportunity to analyze a status of requests and tasks for transportation of goods at the level of the statuses, to create necessary reports for the analysis and selection of alternative carriers and vehicles, the analysis of a status and efficiency of accomplishment of requests, etc.

In a single system own scheme of request processing of clients existing in TRASKO on transportation of goods considering an organization structure of the company was successfully implemented. Conditions and requirements of the arrived request for transportation of a load are registered in a system and further are sent to all divisions of the company capable to execute a specific request. On the basis of the data obtained from divisions the commercial offer for the potential client in whom possible methods of accomplishment of a request and their cost are specified forms. After receiving from the client of confirmation of accomplishment of a request by one of the offered options the task for transportation of a load in which all detailed requirements and conditions of transportation are already registered is made out. In case of need, tasks for transportation of goods then can be grouped in combined runs using the special software processing operations allowing to integrate orders on uniform conditions of transportation, to specify carrier, the vehicle and the driver. Control of accomplishment of runs is monitored by registration of passing of each point of a route and also using reports of the analysis and a status of runs.

The project in TRASKO company became the first experience of AXELOT in complex automation of large forwarding companies. That this experience can be considered successful, tells intention of TRASKO to replicate an information system in the branches. Now the single system of management accounting is on support of AXELOT.
