DAU IZOLAN (INDUSTRIAL CONTROL SYSTEM)

PRIME GROUP together with Siemens successfully implemented the project on implementation of the industrial control system (APCS) at the new plant on production of polyurethane of DAU IZOLAN company in Vladimir.

The industrial complex of DAU IZOLAN company is one of the most hi-tech production sites on release of polyurethane products in the world. The plant is constructed on modern technology taking into account the last requirements to chemical objects. The same high requirements were put also to contractors, one of whom is the PRIME GROUP company.

In the project progress works on assembly, installation and testing of cabinets of the controller equipment of an APCS were performed. And also works on laying and connection copper and the optical fiber cable for industrial networks (PROFIBUS, Industrial Ethernet). The top level of a management system is implemented on software and hardware tools of Siemens AG company.

Besides, the staff of PRIME GROUP did huge work on adaptation of the project and work documentation – its reduction in a full compliance to the existing regulating documents of the Russian Federation: To state standards of the Russian Federation (GOST), safety rules (PB, PPB, etc.), to the construction and other standards and rules of the Russian Federation (Construction Norms and Regulations, the SanPiN, PUE, NPB, etc.) regulating questions of design, construction and reconstruction. When developing technical solutions requirements and the Customer's wishes in which there are no contradictions to requirements of regulating documents were surely considered.

APCS allows to manage technology process, to support an optimal operation mode of technology devices and accounting of intermediate data, to create and issue the reporting and archive documentation, to carry out diagnostics of a metering equipment.

The implemented system at the DAU IZOLAN plant is intended for control and management of technology equipment of this object and also its protection in case of emergency. An APCS provides autonomous maintenance of the set operation mode of technology equipment and its change on commands from the automated workplace of the operator-technologist and on channels of telemechanics from a local dispatcher station.

The modern industrial complex "DAU IZOLAN" is the joint project of the American diversified chemical company "DAU" and the Vladimir producers of polyurethane of IZOLAN company. At the plant the most modern production technologies find application. The new enterprise makes the wide range of polyurethane components for receiving tough, elastic and integrated polyurethane foam, polyurethane glues, the elastomers finding application in the most different fields of the industry: in construction, automotive industry, the furniture and shoe industry and also in production of home appliances.
