CorpSoft24 introduced SED for the Bavaria Brewery

2021: Creation of SED and document archive

The company CorpSoft24 on August 11, 2021 announced the completion of the project to create a single system of electronic document management and document archive for the Brewery Bavaria group of companies.

The Bavaria Brewing House Group of Companies includes three enterprises of Agrofirma FAT LLC, FAT-AGRO LLC and Restaurants Bavaria LLC, working in the field of production, agriculture and restaurant business. As the business processes of the group of companies developed and increased their presence in the market, it was necessary to ensure the interaction of departments and quick management decisions.

Before the start of the project, the Bavaria Brewing House Group of Companies did not have a single electronic archive. The document management system in operation at that time only partially closed the needs of the growing business. The development of the existing system was simply impractical, and support was a bottleneck that creates additional risks, "says Dmitry Puchkov, deputy general director of CorpSoft24.

The CorpSoft24 specialists had the task of creating a single SED based on an electronic archive of documents in order to increase the transparency of processes, optimize their processing, reduce labor costs, reduce the number of paper documents, delineate access to data within the organization and ensure control over the timing of tasks by employees.

The "1C: Document Management 8 CORP" system was chosen as the implemented SED platform. The project started in June 2020 and took about six months. From the moment of putting the system into industrial operation (7 months after start-up) until the end of warranty support of the system (another 6 months), the number of electronic documents in the system increased several tens of times from 50 to more than 3 thousand monthly. Automation covered a wide range of internal processes - from contractual work and requisitions between departments to the approval of reports for management and project work.

We managed to create a single information space for document circulation in the company: this immediately affected the quality of work of employees and management of Bavaria. The degree of involvement of the company's employees in the processes of electronic document management has increased markedly. Bottlenecks became visible, there was a reason to improve and simplify some chains. This significantly added manageability and transparency to the work, which will have a long-term positive effect for the business, "said Dmitry Puchkov.

250 users work in the implemented document management system of the Bavaria Brewery Group of Companies. In the future, it is planned to develop the functionality of the solution, integration with 1C: ERP, as well as implement a mobile application.
