The implementation results "PiterSoft are summed up: Process management" in Tauras-Phoenix company - the company of the Russian packaging mechanical engineering.

Stable and profitable work in the mobile, quickly changing market can be provided only at the enterprise with the process focused management structure and controlled business processes. Well understanding it, the company management Tauras-Phoenix set the object - to improve production process at the expense of business process optimization and automation of process management. In August, 2009 the decision on implementation of the software product "PiterSoft was made: Process management". The software product was designed to automate relationship between departments of the company and to solve the following problems:

  • To automatically appoint tasks to users without loss of time and information;
  • Reduce terms of accomplishment of tasks due to their correct setting and providing with information;
  • Exercise control of accomplishment of tasks and to timely solve the arising difficulties;
  • Reduce labor costs by routine transactions;
  • Refuse paper document flow;
  • Make possible timely receiving operational and financial information, necessary for execution of works.

Software product "PiterSoft: Process management" in Tauras-Phoenix company it was brought into operation practically right after acquisition. On modeling of processes left time minimum as the mechanism of creation of business processes is very convenient. Customizability of a configuration "PiterSoft: Process management" allowed without efforts to integrate it in uniform base with the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade management", already used for implementation of economic activity of Tauras-Phoenix company.

Today the most problematic directions requiring automation are automated: department of purchasing department, legal department, accounting, secretariat, service department. Are simulated and are daily started on accomplishment from 200 to 300 copies of the following business processes:

  • Approval and agreement signature;
  • Replacement of component parts at the buyer;
  • The purchase order of component parts in department of purchasing department.

In the company 25 jobs are automated now. Further it is going to automate most departments of the company.

As a result of implementation strong information communications between divisions of the enterprise are created, time for document handling was considerably reduced, reduction of time for the solution of each specific objective is observed, the possibility of tracking of quality of accomplishment of instructions by each employee appeared. As a result the total costs decrease, and company competitiveness increases. The software product in Tauras-Phoenix company became the real instrument of improvement of a management system and increase in business performance.
