In the summer of 2009 for increase in efficiency the company management Commander Taksi set the task to optimize work of divisions, to adjust control of accomplishment of workflows and to reduce time for execution of paper documents. For the purpose of optimization and automation of work of divisions in August, 2009 the decision on implementation of the software product "PiterSoft was made: Process management". When choosing there was very important the fact that the program allows to implement changes and at the same time not to lose stability and efficiency of daily work.
Software product "PiterSoft: Process management" in Commander Taksi company is used together with software products "1C:Enterprise 8. Control of Motor transport" and "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise". 3 months were spent for modeling of processes. Thus, in November, 2009 the software product "PiterSoft: Process management" it was brought into commercial operation.
Today services of operational management, personnel, IT service and adjacent structures are automated. A number of business processes, important for Commander Taksi company, is simulated and put into operation:
- Acceptance of new employees for work;
- Time recording;
- Approval of requests;
- Approval of requests in IT service for execution of works;
- Approval of agreements.
As a result of use of a product the load of employees at accomplishment of routine transactions decreased that allowed to release working time for the solution of other tasks. The new program allowed to get rid of the problems and errors connected with a human factor also. That business processes are described in the form of the sequence of tasks which each employee needs to execute – now each employee knows what he should make and what tasks to solve taking into account priorities. Implementation and use of electronic document management allowed to adjust information exchange between the staff of different services, reduced time for processing of requests and approval of agreements.
In Commander Taksi company 15 jobs are automated now. Daily on accomplishment about 100 business processes are started.
Further automation of other business processes, creation of the uniform management tool and complete transition to electronic document management, and quantity of the automated jobs is planned is going to expand to 50.
Thanks to implementation of the software product "PiterSoft: Process management" processes of the organization and implementation of services become regulated and managed. Besides, quality control on each of stages of rendering services became possible that promotes the satisfaction of the high requirements imposed by the modern market and lays the foundation for more effectively built-up customer relations.
